Status icons are now displayed next to event names in the Flex Mobile App, making it easier to see whether an event is open, closed, in waitlist mode, or if the member has a confirmed registration. |

Admin Shortcuts to App Content |
Admins can now quickly access Flex App content directly from the Control Panel on the new "Content Links" tab. From here, click "View" on your desired content type to be directed to a filtered list showing mobile app content only. This is available for Inserts, Announcements, Events, and Library Documents. |

Default Edit/Cancel Windows |
To enhance calendar event creation, you may now specify a default cancel and edit window. This update provides convenience by eliminating the need to set these parameters for each new event. For assistance in configuring your default settings, please reach out to your Client Services Manager. |
Event Category Filter for Registration List |
The Event Registrations page now allows you to choose an Event Category to narrow down the types of events shown in the event search/dropdown. This makes it easier to access and manage the most relevant events quickly. |
Condensed Event Registration Summary |
The Event Registration Summary page, accessed by clicking "Summary" in the top navigation of the Event Registrations module, now includes a "Condensed View" checkbox. This option compiles the list of upcoming events and registration data into a more compact, report-style format for viewing/printing. |

Post-Survey Redirect Options |
When linking to a survey from the Content Hyperlinker, you can now choose whether members are directed to the public or private section of the site after filling it out. This gives more control over the member experience when using a standard submit process for surveys. |

Show Multiple Document Types |
Previously, displaying documents to members could only be done within a single Document Type. Now, you can present documents from multiple types, neatly organized under headings in a clear, digestible layout. Reach out to your Client Services Manager for assistance. |

You can now copy existing mail drafts directly from the New Message module, making it easy to start from a previous message and jump right into your email workflow. |
|

Also, save time when creating announcements by quickly copying an existing one to use as a starting point. |

Start and End Dates for Club Personnel |
Assign start and end dates for staff in the Club Personnel module. If you enter a staff member's last day in advance, the website will automatically update when the time comes. |
