January 2019 Release Notes - MF Bookings Module

Category Setup. Scheduled Availability and Blockout "Categories" are now accessed via a drop down. This new page allows you to specify the cell and text color for each category that appears on the calendar.

Your prior categories were pre-loaded and marked inactive. This allows you to select the category but the coloring won’t take place. Categories are unique to each reservation type, so "Clinics" in Tennis and Golf can have a different color in each location.

Blockout/Scheduled Availability Conflict Resolution. When setting up Scheduled Availability and Blockouts, the page will automatically check for conflicting reservations, Scheduled Availabilities and Blockouts without any manual work from you.

Scheduled Availability Search. Admins can now search prior and future dates. Previously, the page would only display current scheduled availability.

Scheduled Availability - Headcount & Time Slot. We've added a new option to control headcount per slot versus number of reservations. Additionally, you can force the availability to be a single slot on the calendar rather than multiple slots.

Member Search. When searching for members, the results will now include suffix.
