Does my MembersFirst App automatically collect data?

We collect information automatically when individuals visit or use your App.  This information does not reveal identity (like end-user name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when they used your MembersFirst App and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for enhanced support, internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Does my MembersFirst App access features on the user’s device?

Your App may request access or permission to certain features from your end-users mobile device, including but not limited to device’s calendar, camera, notifications, and other features.

Push Notifications

MembersFirst does not deliver notifications on your behalf.  If your organization uses this feature or plans on utilizing this feature, you may want to let your users know.  Don’t forget your member may opt out of this feature.
