Managing the Opt Out List / Unsubscribing


 

How to Remove Someone from the Opt Out (Unsubscribe) List

Log into Admin Home on your web site.
Click on Communications in the Applications box, then click on OptOut Maintenance.  img
Enter the email you want to remove from the Opt Out List into the Search Text field. img
Clear out the Created Date Range fields to search all history.  img
Click Search.  img
Find the email in the results list and click Remove at the right end of the row.
Click OK in the confirmation popup.

How to Add Someone to the Opt Out (Unsubscribe) List

Log into Admin Home on your web site.
Click on Communications in the Applications box, then click on OptOut Maintenance.  img
Click New at the top.  img
In the E-Mail Address field, enter the email address you would like to opt out of receiving/ unsubscribe from receiving emails.  img
Click Create.  img
