Automated Recurring Surveys w/ Multi-Response

New features have been added to MembersFirst Surveys, Calendar Events, and Automated Recurring Messages!

With MembersFirst Surveys, you have the ability to gather information, receive feedback, and connect with your members. Now, your club will have the ability to create Automated Recurring Messages to collect survey responses for dining experiences, events, etc. In addition, you can create one survey and allow multiple responses per member.

 

Common Uses

  • Post-Event Surveys  |  Tie a survey to an event and set up an Automated Recurring Message to send the survey out following the event date. Read more
  • Dining Feedback Survey  |  Create surveys that allow multiple responses per member so feedback can be collected each time a member dines and the club can track satisfaction over time. Read more
  • General Multi-Response  |  Any survey the club wants to allow multiple responses from members

 

Survey Enhancements

Previously, all surveys limited a member to one submission per survey. But now, the Survey Maintenance module provides an option to allow multiple submissions per member. This means a member can submit new feedback each time they dine and your club can track results over time to look for trends. It can also be useful to create a survey to be re-used for collecting event feedback. 

This information can then be analyzed with enhancements to the Survey Results module. Admins can now view survey results per event or over a time period for all members or individual members who've responded multiple times.

Event Enhancements

Tying a survey to an event is simple with new functionality in the Club Calendar of Events module. On an event’s “Registrations” tab, you can now designate a “Post Event Survey” to be sent to event attendees at a specified interval after the event ends. The same survey can be reused for multiple events, eliminating the need to create a new survey for each event.

Automated Recurring Messages Enhancements

The Automated Recurring Messages module as used for Dining Reservations remains unchanged, but with the new ability to share a survey that can be taken multiple times.

Related to Post-Event follow-up, options now exist to:

  • Only send the automated message to registrants of events that have a Post-Event Survey attached. 
  • Insert a token to display the event name in the email subject or body.
  • Insert a token for the survey link in the email body. 
  • Customize the wording of the survey link text.
