How to Use the Event Registrations Summary Page

This page compiles all the events with registrations enabled for your chosen time frame. What's more, it uses intuitive color coding to help you quickly identify events that are filling up fast, ensuring you stay on top of the action. Please review the steps below to learn how to access Event Registration Summary on your website.

Log in to the Admin Homepage of your site and open the Event Registrations Summary application under Club Activity (optionally click “Add to Quick Links” to add this module to your quick links area)
Pro Tip: Want a shortcut to this application? When on the Events Registration page, click on the ! Summary Button in the top-right of the page. This will bring you directly to the Events Registrations Summary page.
Once in the application, the page will default to showing you all events for the next 30 days. However, you can use the filter options in the yellow bar at the top of the page to narrow or expand your search. Simply fill out your selections and click the Search button to display results.
The results will show below the yellow bar and each event listing will include the total registrations, headcount, how full they are and how fast they are filling up.
Click on an event title for quick access to the Manage Registrations page or Edit Calendar Event to make any changes.
There is a legend at the bottom of the page to help explain what the different colors and symbols mean: Red = 80% to 99% Full Orange = 60% to 79% Full Green = 0% to 59% Full
