Mobile App Enhancements

Updates to the MembersFirst mobile app are here, providing further customization and giving members a more complete club experience directly in the app.

 

Access More Without Leaving the App

Enhance the member experience by displaying two new page options directly in the app, without redirecting to an external browser.

 

  1. File Library | Present your curated list of files in the app, like dining menus or newsletters for members to view.
  2. Member Orgs | Give easy in-app access to organizations, for instance, a page for "Boards & Committees" providing a clean list of members and contact information.

Library Documents

Better Document Organization In-App

Documents can be assigned a 'Document Type' in MRM for organizational purposes. Now in the mobile app, your documents will display neatly within their type, providing a better interface for members to find what they're looking for.

 Password Protected Docs

Previously, sensitive documents configured in MRM with a password were hidden from the mobile app. Now, the app accommodates this functionality and displays these documents, requiring the user to enter the password before viewing.

Hide Related Members

Your club now has the option of hiding the names of family members when member profiles are viewed in the app. This option was previously only available for the full website.

Search Members by Street

The app now allows searching by street name when looking for members in the member directory. This setting was previously available for the full website only.

Note: If this option was already turned on for your website, it will appear automatically in the mobile app.

All features are available today. Please note: your club must be on the latest version of the mobile app to make use of the app enhancements.
