Manage Flex App Home Page Quick Links

Flex App users now have more control over the look and navigation of the App Home Page! Admins can now add or update Home Page Quick Links directly from the Flex App Control Panel. This feature, previously limited to the app Reservations Hub, is now available for the Home Page, with page selection accessible via a dropdown menu.

You can customize what members see the moment they open the app with easy linking, icon selection, dragging to re-order, and more.

Improved Multi-Image and Multi-File Upload

We've recently revamped the Image Library and File Library modules as part of the new admin experience. As a follow-up, we've improved the Multiple Image and Multiple File Upload interfaces, which can be accessed via the "Upload Multiple" link. 

The process has been streamlined into two simple steps for clarity and ease of use:

1. First, select from upload options for image management, including the destination folder, Image Type, Filename Prefix, assigning the image to a member, or Auto Rotate.
2. Next, either drag and drop or click to choose your images in the designated area.

Once you've added your images, click the "Process" button in the site header to complete the upload.

View Day of the Week in Event List

The admin Calendar of Events module now displays the day of the week in the "Start Date" column, making it easier to differentiate between similarly named events at a glance.

 

 

Link Members to the Latest Email

You can now link to the most recent archived email within a specified mail group category, providing members with another opportunity to view the latest relevant messages.

 

Send Admin Reports for Early AM Staff

The Automated Recurring Messages module now offers a new Admin Report Message Category that allows for data collection and report delivery late the night before so early morning staff have updated information when their shifts start. To use this report, select "Admin Reports: Evening" from the Message Category dropdown.

 

Easily Switch Member Impersonation

Administrators with the ability to impersonate members to log into the site now have the option to switch the logged-in member without logging out of their admin account. Simply hover over your account name in the admin toolbar and click "Change User" to make the switch. 

 

New Admin Experience

You may notice small, gradual adjustments to the new admin experience as we work towards the most intuitive and efficient interface. If you have any questions or ideas, please use the "Feedback" link positioned on the right side of all admin pages. 

Tip: Keep in mind that the options to "Create New", "Save", and other admin actions can be found in the top navigation bar throughout the system.

These options stay visible when you scroll, ensuring easy access no matter where you are on the page.
