Updated Survey Interface

Engage with members to gather information and feedback with the refreshed Member Survey view. The new interface offers a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. Key features include:

• Click on a survey name to submit a response
• Easier access to previous responses for multi-response surveys
• One-click access to view overall survey results (when applicable)
• Improved display of essential information, such as survey expiration date, response view, and details on whether you or a family member have already responded, depending on the survey response type

Surveys Inside the Flex App

The new survey look has also been integrated directly into the Flex Mobile App. Members can enjoy a seamless mobile experience, providing feedback with just the tap of a finger. They can also view previous responses and overall survey results in the app when applicable. 

 

New Admin Experience

You may notice small, gradual adjustments to the new admin experience as we work towards the most intuitive and efficient interface. If you have any questions or ideas, please use the "Feedback" link positioned on the right side of all admin pages.
