Notice: Upcoming Security Enhancement

To ensure peace of mind for you and your members with the latest security practices, please be aware of the upcoming changed outlined below:

Starting in early January 2025, those with "Custom" admin roles will no longer have the default ability to change passwords for members in the Member Directory. They will still be able to generate password reset emails to members. 

Please note: Those with a "Club Administrator" role will retain the ability to change passwords by default. "Custom" admin roles will have the option, but it must be enabled through the Admin User Roles module.

EBuilder Fullscreen View

Immerse yourself in the email/template building process with a Fullscreen view of the MembersFirst EBuilder. See it in action by clicking the "Fullscreen" button in the top navigation bar when working on an EBuilder template.

 Event Enhancements

Calendar Feed Usage

Get data on which members are using the Calendar Feed to bring the contents of the club calendar to other applications. "Calendar Feed Admin" is a new page built to provide insights on calendar feed usage. Search for it under "Applications" from the admin home page.

See Options for Copied Events

The Club Calendar of Events module allows users to copy events into the future to easily populate the calendar. When editing a copied event, the information and selections related to saving future versions have been relocated to the top of the page, making them more visible and easier to select.

Registration Notes Sent to all Registrants

Previously, information entered in the 'Notes' field for event registrations was only displayed in emails sent to the Booking Member. Now, all individuals on a particular registration will see these notes in their registration-related emails.

 

Dining Enhancements

Dining Preference Visibility

Keeping Member Dining Preferences in focus to enhance service experience has been streamlined in the Dining Reservations module. Simply select the new, relevant fields in the Show/Hide Columns interface. This information can be saved as part of a custom column preset of be included in printouts and exports. 

Newly available fields include:

  • Drink Preference
  • Appetizer Preference
  • Entree Preference
  • Dessert Preference
  • Seating Location Preference

Extended Reservation Periods

Meal Periods in the Dining Reservations module allow admins to set a reservation period for limiting the number of reservations members can make. The period "start" and "end" fields can now be three digits in length (e.g. "180"), allowing for increased flexibility in defining the reservation window.

Message Members with No Profile Image

You can now target messages to members based on whether or not they have a photo on their account, making it easy to remind them to upload one. To do so, use the new "Member PHoto" selection criteria in the Distribution Groups module.

Show Multiple Image Album Groups

When displaying the list of Image Albums to members, you were historically limited to listing albums from one Image Album Group at a time. In new functionality, you're able to customize this, showing albums across multiple selected Album Groups organized under group headings.

Flex App - Download Images

Members can now download images from Image Albums in the Flex Mobile App to save their favorite photos and memories from the club to their personal device.

Shortcut to Your Marketing Form

When a Marketing Form is submitted, an email can be sent to a selected admin contact to notify them. The footer of this email now includes a link to the Marketing Form for quick access to view/edit the form.

Search Sent Message by Group

When searching for messages in the Sent Messages module, a new option exists to filter by Message Group.

Search for Content by Expiration

When creating content, expedite the search for assets in the Content Hyperlinker with new selections for "Current", "Expired", and "Future".

Insert Organization

The Insert "Display Order" field is used to dictate the order Inserts are displayed throughout the system to admins and members. The number of allowed digits in this field has been increased to six to allow for additional organization conventions.
