Notice: Security Enhancement

As we continue to prioritize high security standards, starting 1/6/2025, accounts with "Custom" admin roles no longer have the default permission to change passwords for members in the Member Directory. Club Administrators will still have this ability by default.

For Custom admin roles, this permission is available, but must be enabled via the Admin User Roles module with the "CHANGE_PW" privilege. However if not enabled, the admin will still have the ability to generate password reset emails to assist members with password-related issues.

New Filter Background

No need to adjust your screens! The filters area on admin pages throughout the system has been updated from a dark blue to a white background to improve visibility and readability. The main feedback we received was that the light text over a dark background was difficult to read and we hope this change enhances the new admin experience.

This, and other smaller changes have been made in response to valuable comments we've received. Please use the "Feedback" link on the right side of all admin pages to submit any questions or ideas. 

 

Notifying Admins of Password Expiration

A new feature now notifies admins when their password is nearing expiration. A warning appears at the top of the admin interface with a reset link, giving them the flexibility to change their password at their convenience without disrupting their work.

Brand Colors in the App Profile

The member profile view in the Flex Mobile App has been updated to feature the app's primary color in the top banner, replacing the previous standard blue to ensure better brand consistency.

Show Member Age in Profile

Admins will now see a member's current age displayed directly below the Birth Date field when viewing their profile in the Member Directory.
