How to check if a File in the File Library is linked on the site
The instructions below will show you how to check to see if a File in the File Library is currently being used on the website.
| Go to File Library in the Applications module. |  |
| Click on View Linked Content at the top of the File Library. |  |
Use the Select File dropdown menu to locate the File Library Folder and File within that library. Click on the File you want to view.

Once selected, you can now scroll down to see if and where your file is being used on the website. In the example to the right the file is currently in use inside of a Library Document, so it is not safe to delete. If all the content categories show "No links to this file..." then it would be safe to delete. |  |
