This first phase is focused on overall accessibility in the software. Things like color contrast, updated input field sizes, and font sizes make MRM more legible and easier to use for our admins. Our goal here is to start to introduce a more modern vision of what our software could be in the years ahead.

Future phases will continue to focus on accessibility as well as simplifying the software, and increasing productivity for all of our clients. Your feedback will help us craft the quality-of-life improvements you want to see in MRM.

Experience the Updated Look

Last week, you received a communication from our team about the updated login, logout, and reset password pages.
Starting today, accessing the all new admin experience is only a click away. Simply log in to the admin side of your website, scroll to the footer, and click “New MRM”. If you ever wish to toggle back to the original view, click “Classic MRM” in the same spot from the new experience footer.

We Value Your Feedback

As you explore the first phase of this update, know that we value your feedback on every aspect; the good or the constructive. Colors, font sizes, layout, usability, etc. are all on the table. With your help, we will tailor a user interface that complements your workflows and increases your productivity while using our software.
Please share all of your feedback using the button accessible on the right-hand side of any admin page.

Include Environment Data

When completing the feedback form, check the box Include data about your current environment under the "Email" field. This provides our Development Team with the necessary information to help us pinpoint and address feedback effectively. img

Over the coming months, our plan is to sunset the look of "Classic MRM" to focus 100% of our enhancement efforts on the future. Your feedback will have a direct impact on what that future looks like, so please share what you think! We'll be in touch with more definitive plans on the timeline of a permanent switch later this spring.
