How to Limit Total Resources per Time Slot in MF Bookings

If you have more resources than space, such as more tennis professionals than courts, you can use the Total Resources Per Slot function to limit the number of resources available at any one time and prevent overbooking.

In MF Bookings, click Admin and then Resource Setup
Click on the Reservation Type (Tennis, Golf, Pool, etc.) that you wish to update.
Scroll down to the Total Resources Per Slot section, about halfway down the page. Enter the total number of resources available at any one time in the Total Resources field. For example, if I had 8 tennis professionals but only 4 courts, I would enter 4 into the field.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
