Sending Targeted Emails to Members Who Don't Have the App

Clubs often want to contact those members who have not installed the mobile yet, in an effort to educate and convince them to begin using it. You can easily select these members when sending an email.

These instructions assume you know how to complete the other steps of creating and sending an email. See How to Send a New Email if you are unsure how to do this.

In the Select Recipients tab, under Members, click the button to the right of Other Selection Criteria.
Scroll down to the Mobile App Users section. Click the radio button to select Users who have never used Mobile App. Scroll down to the bottom and click Next. You are now ready to continue sending your email.
