Member Activities/Tracking

The Member Activities/Tracking application is useful for bulk changes in the Member Directory to Member Activities and Tracking codes.

Log in to the Admin Homepage of your site and open the “Member Activities/Tracking” application under “Membership” (optionally click “Add to Quick Links” to add this module to your quick links area)  img
Once in the application, it will give you an option to filter what members you would like to make a batch update to by All Members or specific Member Types, Groups, Status, Activities, Tracking Codes, etc.

Simply fill out your selections and click the “Select Members” button to display results.

In the column on the right, you will see the Member Activities and Member Tracking codes with the ability to do the following options:
  • Do Nothing
  • Set
  • Clear

Once selected your options you would like to do a batch edit of, scroll to the bottom of the right column and click on the “Update Member Info” button to process the bulk update.

Note: When viewing these results - you also have the ability to manually exclude members from your selection by unchecking the Select box.

The bulk update will process and you can view the status of the changes on the next page.  img
Once completed, you can click on the “Click Here to Continue…” link to be returned back to the Member Activities/Tracking application.  img
