Admin Report Examples
Please use the list below to read about each of our ARM admin reports as well as view an example of each (taken from our demo site, Neptune Cove).
Member Change Report
The Member Change Report ARM will give you a listing of all the changes made to the member profiles in the Member Directory. This report will give you what field changes were made, when and by whom.
Demographic Dates - Monthly
The Demographic Dates (Monthly) ARM will give you a list of members with their (Birthday, Anniversary, Effective Date, Expiration, First Login, Termination) dates that are applicable for the month.
Demographic Dates - Daily
The Demographic Dates (Daily) ARM will give you a list of members with their (Birthday, Anniversary, Effective Date, Expiration, First Login, Termination) dates broken down by day.
Demographic Dates - Anniversary (Today Only)
The Demographic Dates (Anniversary) ARM will give you a list of members with their (Wedding) Anniversary Dates for today only.
Demographic Dates - Birthday (Today Only)
The Demographic Dates (Birthday) ARM will give you a list of members who have birthdays today.
Demographic Dates - Expiration Date
The Demographic Dates (Expiration Date) ARM will give you a list of members who have accounts that expired within the configured date window.
Demographic Dates - First Login
The Demographic Dates (First Login) ARM will give you a list of members who logged into the website in the last month, last week and/or yesterday.
Demographic Dates - Effective Date
The Demographic Dates (Effective Date) ARM will give you a list of members and the dates that their accounts became effective in the last month, last week, yesterday, today, this week, tomorrow, this month, next week and/or next month.
Reservations Report
The Reservations Report will give you a report of all dining, event and/or bookings reservations for a set period of time.
Mobile App Device Report
The Mobile App Device Report will give you a list of all mobile apps that used the club's mobile app.
Demographic Dates - Terminations (No Parameters)
The Demographic Dates - Terminations Report will give you a list of all member accounts that have terminated.
Message Engagement Summary (Last Month)
The Message Engagement Summary Report will give you recipient activity for messages sent out through MembersFirst.
